Job Summary
Troubleshoot network and server problems, install and maintain computer, telecommunication, and networking systems, and facilitate hardware setup for PCs, printers, and RF scanners. Test and deploy new computer configurations, manage user rights and security policies, and oversee network backup and virus software maintenance. Document IT processes, maintain software inventory, and administer process control and equipment needs. Respond to service requests, conduct test procedures for the labor management system, and review system reports to correct errors. Identify data techniques for operations reports and communicate maintenance schedules to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university
- Minimum 0 years related experience and/or training
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of third-party logistics, transportation systems, and/or warehouse management systems including Red Prairie or Manhattan LMS preferred
