Job Summary
Install hardware and peripheral components, load software packages, and provide telephone, in-person, and online support to end-users through the helpdesk application. Connect users to networks, provide initial training on facilities and applications, and set up new hires with necessary equipment and user profiles. Assist the IT Manager in developing IT policies, facilitating technology support for the annual Peerpocalypse conference, and auditing organization-wide mobile services. Occasional travel for work meetings and projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or similar field
- Associate's degree with 1-3 years of technical experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of technical experience
- High proficiency with PC systems, tools and applications including assembly, troubleshooting, installation, and oversight of Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience in supporting cloud technology infrastructure environment (Microsoft 365, Google Workplace)
- Valid Oregon Driver's License
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Access to reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or similar field
- Experience with substance use and/or mental health recovery
- Understanding of the principles of trauma-informed care, recovery, and consumer-involvement
- Experience with advanced audio/video conferencing
