Job Summary

Conduct end-to-end contract reviews and analysis for IT software licensing, SaaS, and service renewals, identifying cost drivers, usage rights, and optimization opportunities. Lead vendor negotiations and renewals using market pricing and benchmarking data to drive savings and improved commercial terms. Manage the IT contract renewal pipeline proactively, notifying business owners of upcoming expirations and maintaining accurate data to ensure timely processing. Perform spend analysis to identify trends and support license optimization by comparing usage data against contracted amounts. Assist with RFP development, vendor evaluation, and generating reports on procurement metrics and vendor performance while adhering to organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement
  • demonstrated experience in the IT software sourcing category
  • Experience with software licensing and SaaS contract models
  • Understanding of contract terms and ability to identify problematic clauses
  • Analytical skills for cost comparison and trend analysis
  • Experience independently negotiating software, SaaS, and services contracts
  • Demonstrated experience reading complex software, SaaS, and services contracts
  • identifying commercial and risk issues

  • Demonstrated ability to manage routine renewals and contract reviews independently
