Job Summary
Conduct readiness checks and identify compatibility risks in customer environments to develop tailored migration concepts for Windows 10/11 and server landscapes. Plan infrastructure components including software distribution, server environments, and network requirements while building pilot environments and finalizing master images. Guide the operational rollout phase and support second-level troubleshooting for escalations using PowerShell automation and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. This role supports public sector clients across Hessen, Rhineland-Pfalz, and Bavaria in delivering comprehensive digitalization strategies. Required Qualifications
- Tiefe Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11
- Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Server-Landschaften in den aktuellen Versionen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) und/oder Microsoft Intune (Modern Management)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in PowerShell zur Automatisierung von Aufgaben
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO) und Netzwerktechnologien (DHCP, DNS)
- Die Fähigkeit, sich in neue Technologien (z.B. neue Intune-Features) einzuarbeiten und Wissen anzuwenden
- Die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte auch Nicht-Technikern (Kunden oder Projektleitern) verständlich zu erklären

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
