Job Summary
IT Consultant SAP FI/CO (f/m/d) at BERNER Group, focused on shaping the transformation of finance systems toward SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities include consulting and supporting business departments in SAP FI/CO (ECC & S/4HANA), analyzing, designing, and implementing end-to-end finance processes, contributing to S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and rollouts, performing customizing in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders), ensuring integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems, troubleshooting, driving continuous process improvements and automation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. Skills include SAP FI/CO expertise, SAP ECC/S/4HANA finance, process design and customization, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience with integrations and international templates or global rollouts. NICE TO HAVE: S/4HANA conversions (Greenfield/Brownfield), Fiori, MM, SD, Workday, ABAP debugging, API interfaces.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Hands-on experience in customizing and process design
- Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes
- Experience with end-to-end finance processes and integration with other SAP modules
