Job Summary
IT Consultant in Quality IT leading IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within Quality applications, including SAP QM and Salesforce, to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Responsibilities include risk assessment and mitigation, leading project teams, developing stakeholder communications, ensuring IT governance and compliance, acting as the IT partner of choice for business customers, overseeing operation and lifecycle of Quality applications (with SFDC experience), coordinating with internal and external partners, and building strong relationships with internal IT and user groups. Requirements include a university degree in a related field, several years of IT project management and operations experience, knowledge of ITSM, experience with quality applications (SFDC preferred), strong cross-functional leadership, English fluency, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a multicultural, distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
- Many years in IT application operations and project delivery
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
- Experience with Quality applications is a strong advantage, especially in SFDC
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, enabling stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies
