Job Summary
The IT Consultant role involves working with enterprise clients to drive complex digital transformation initiatives, requiring deep technical skills and client engagement. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over 5 years of experience in IT consulting and technology implementations. Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, along with strong analytical and project management capabilities. Previous experience with large enterprises and consulting firms is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related technical field (required)
- 5+ years in IT consulting, systems integration, or enterprise technology implementation
- Proven experience leading complex technology projects end-to-end
- Experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
- Hands-on with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP (architecture, migration, cloud-native development)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex, fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executives
- High EQ and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
- Solid project management skills (e.g., experience with JIRA, Asana, ServiceNow, or MS Project)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience at top consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY) or major tech companies (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon, Google, IBM)
- Master’s degree (CS, MBA, or related)
- Domain expertise in industries such as healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, or public sector
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of 5G, SD‐WAN, edge, or IoT; familiarity with low-code/no-code (OutSystems, Appian, PowerApps)
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and design thinking
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI
