Job Summary
Analyze IT environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, including resolving specialized problems. Develop and/or implement technology strategies that align with business objectives while advising on software, hardware, and network solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Support the integration, configuration, and deployment of IT systems and applications, ensuring system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations where appropriate. Use, protect, and disclose patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with HIPAA standards, limiting viewing to the absolute minimum necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in IT consulting, systems administration, or a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes
