Job Summary
IT Consultant – M365 Collaboration & Infrastructure Applications serves as the Service Owner for a range of collaboration and infrastructure apps within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring stable, secure, and cost-efficient operation. You will define, maintain, and evolve the collaboration landscape, work with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service providers, and drive automation, standardization, and modernization across all supported services. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of M365 collaboration apps (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate), support and development of self-built and smaller off-the-shelf tools, ensuring incident/problem/change management with high SLA/KPI fulfillment, coordinating external providers across L1–L3, providing trusted advisory to translate requirements into solution designs, promoting adoption of modern collaboration practices, maintaining governance, security, and compliance, evaluating new M365 features for integration, and contributing to architectural decisions aligned with enterprise standards. Strong focus on automation, cost efficiency, and governance, with hybrid work schedule and a flexible, talent-facing benefits environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong technical and practical expertise in M365 collaboration services (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with cloud service management, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code solutions
- Understanding of ITIL and operational governance
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage external service providers (L1–L3)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and service improvements
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills
- Analytical mindset focused on efficiency, stability, automation, and modernization
- Experience with self-built tools or internally developed applications is beneficial
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance across services
