Job Summary
Consult customers and independently conceive, realize, and implement tailored solutions based on the TIVITY low-code platform. Create holistic solutions from initial ideas through user stories, mockups, and final products, acting as the central interface between clients and the development team. Conduct intensive product and competitive analyses of innovative software solutions and moderate workshops to resolve complex technical challenges. Execute the full product lifecycle, including vision capture, wireframing, MVP planning, iterative development of data models and workflows, and validation via user feedback. Manage projects with a focus on agile methodologies, change management, and release processes while leading remote teams.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Sektor oder Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder -ingenieurwesen, Informatik
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als IT-Consultant, Product-Manager, Solution Architect oder ähnlich geartete Tätigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, User-/Produktanforderungen zu analysieren, interpretieren, Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Aktivitäten und/oder Projekten
- Erfahrung im Bereich Change-, Release- und Testmanagement
- Kommunikations-, Team- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Lösungsorientierung und analytisches Denken
- Erfahrung mit verteilten Teams & remote Working, d.h. separates Büro-Zimmer und gute Infrastruktur ist vorhanden
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung, Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick sowie Zielstrebigkeit
- Kenntnisse agiler Arbeits- und Softwareentwicklungsmethoden (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Zertifizierung als Professional Scrum Master oder Scrum Product Owner
