IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary
IT Compliance Manager responsible for leading IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance across a multi-location automotive dealership group. Oversees daily IT support, network and server infrastructure, security controls, policy development, and vendor coordination. Drives strategic IT planning, standardizes processes and documentation, aligns technology decisions with regulatory requirements (GLBA, PCI) and business growth, and supervises IT staff. Manages Microsoft 365 and cloud environments (Azure, AWS as needed), develops and implements automations and custom programs, and guides projects from planning through go-live while ensuring continuity, security, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE WITH THE AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP INDUSTRY
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN CDK SOFTWARE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 5+ years of progressive IT management experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience managing multi-site technology environments
- Experience with regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, and audit processes
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and system administration
- Knowledge of FTC Safeguards Rule, data privacy requirements, and information security best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- ISC2 CISSP Certification is preferred
