Job Summary
Support instructional design by modifying content to develop effective training programs adhering to standardized templates. Prepare classrooms, manage course materials, and coordinate LMS setup while delivering IT software training via blended approaches. Engage learners through assessments and evaluations, then maintain up-to-date application knowledge for Epic Systems and Workday. Manage multiple projects, schedule resources for new hires, and resolve HEAT tickets within established service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or field of study (Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, etc)
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a training & development capacity (i.e. hands on experience developing/delivering training programs, feedback assessment, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Systems and Workday preferred
