IT Clinical Educator - Ambulatory IT - McLeod

Conduct formal and informal training for end users of clinical systems and develop materials such as practice exercises, handouts, and User's Guides. Assist in creating and maintaining a training domain for student competency demonstrations and coordinate all classes related to clinical applications and order entry training. Plan rosters, manage student attendance records, and issue certificates of completion. Collaborate with IT Application Analysts to improve online documentation quality and assist in testing system features per directive. Requires two years of bedside nursing experience, an Associate Degree in Nursing or allied health, and Instructor experience with electronic medical records.
