Job Summary
Oversee OLCC's external-facing IT Call Center, guiding staff to deliver effective, secure, and customer-focused support. Partner with the CIO and IT managers to drive strategy, roadmap, and policy development; ensure adherence to Cyber Security Standards; manage vendor relationships and budgeting; develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and knowledge-base content; coach and develop staff in a service-oriented environment; translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; monitor call-center performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Four years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience to the class concept; OR one year of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
