Job Summary
Procurement consultant responsible for executing sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals, applying category management principles and demand planning to evaluate stakeholder requirements, and leading RFP strategies across defined categories. Core duties include drafting and managing contracts, overseeing supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and collaborating with Legal, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Project Management to deliver cost efficiencies and operational improvements. Will manage multiple requisitions, maintain contract administration, conduct market research, perform cost analysis and vendor negotiations, and drive value targets and stakeholder satisfaction. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in sourcing, contract management, and procurement; familiarity with ERP purchasing systems and procurement tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, contract management, and procurement processes
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay lifecycle, policies, and risk management
- Experience with ERP purchasing systems and procurement tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
