Job Summary
IT & Business Systems Coordinator serves as the internal liaison between employees, management, and external technology providers. Responsibilities include coordinating IT support tickets and service requests, onboarding/offboarding technology needs, maintaining fixed asset records, coordinating with phone/PBX/internet/mobile vendors, reviewing technology usage, creating and maintaining Epicor BAQs and related reports, translating reporting requirements into Epicor queries or exports, providing first-level IT assistance to employees, and supporting process improvement in data/reporting. Requires strong organizational skills, clear communication with technical and non-technical users, and attention to detail in asset tracking, access requests, and vendor follow-up. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT coordination, business systems support, help desk coordination, ERP support, vendor coordination, asset tracking, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience with Epicor, ERP systems, SQL concepts, BAQs, reporting tools, or data exports preferred.
