Job Summary
Review user needs to create solutions supporting business strategies and act as a liaison between IT professionals and business users. Document system requirements, facilitate reviews with cross-functional teams, and design test coverage plans by mapping test cases. Execute test cases, report results, and isolate defects while verifying fixes. This 3-month summer program in Strongsville, Ohio, offers full-time 40-hour work with compensation, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities for students pursuing degrees in Business Analytics or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Detail oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines
- Enthusiastic, a self-starter and have the ability to work in a group or independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Pursuing a 2-year or 4-year college degree in Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or another related field
- Passion or interest for improving Business Systems
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior Standing
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
