Job Summary
Lead IT Business Support for Largo Manufacturing by serving as the primary liaison between production operators, engineers, and factory leadership to support system releases, upgrades, and new application deployments. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network failures involving Oracle, L2L, MP2, and CIMNET systems while developing and maintaining technical interfaces between IT infrastructure and equipment like MES, SCADA, and PLCs. Document solutions, create support documentation for technology transitions, and lead cross-functional projects on digital transformation and automation initiatives. Analyze technical debt, reduce system conflicts, and ensure all business solutions comply with IT standards and regulatory requirements such as FDA CFR Part 11 and SOX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree with 5-8 years of related experience
- With Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of related experience in IT Help Desk and/or desktop support or IT Business partner role
- Windows Certifications – MCSA, CompTIA A+ or other related desktop certifications
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, diagnosing problems and ability to use diagnostic tools
- Infrastructure and network understanding and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to provide leadership and functional direction to other technical support staff
- Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex computer and network problems
- Strong background in IT and Operations related technical support
- Ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions
- Project Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting both domestic and international users in a global organization
- Experience with FDA CFR Part 11 validation and SOX
- PMP certification
- 5+ years strongly preferred
