Job Summary
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business unit leaders to understand goals, challenges, and operational processes. Own the technology roadmap for assigned domains and oversee the full lifecycle of solution projects from concept through post-launch support. Facilitate requirements gathering, document user stories, and define scope for new initiatives while managing a portfolio to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and champion change management for high user adoption. Define success criteria, KPIs, and metrics to communicate progress to stakeholders. Requires 7+ years of experience in business analysis or solutions architecture with 3+ years in management. Hybrid schedule (3x/week onsite) Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a business analysis, solutions architecture, or IT consulting role
- At least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven experience leading the implementation of enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM) and/or custom application development projects
- Strong understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Demonstrated experience in business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degree
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Experience in the health and HMO industry
