Job Summary
The Factory IT Business Solutions Analyst acts as a key bridge between business and IT, supporting factory and operational stakeholders by translating business needs into effective technology solutions. Responsibilities include: acting as primary liaison between business teams and IT, conducting requirements analysis, evaluating and supporting IT solution design and implementation, coordinating IT projects (including testing/UAT and rollout), ensuring system performance and day-to-day operations, contributing to IT governance, security, and compliance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Collaboration with factory, IT, and external partners is essential, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to system implementation or project support activities
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage but not required
- Strong business requirements analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IT systems, applications, and business processes
- Exposure to solution design and system architecture concepts (e.g., integration, scalability)
- Experience or familiarity with Cloud / SaaS solutions
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience supporting project implementation, testing, or system rollout
- Exposure to vendor or supplier coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in English
