Job Summary
IT Business Senior Analyst within Citi's U.S. Personal Banking Technology space, focusing on the Deposit, Savings & Secure Lending team and the Branch Technology team to deliver Branch initiatives through business and system analysis. Collaborates with Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Business, and external vendors; defines system scope/objectives, gathers requirements, evaluates processes and systems, assesses risks, and communicates with senior stakeholders. Serves as advisor to lower-level analysts and supports risk-aware decision-making. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in line with Citi policies and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Business Senior Analyst, Business System Analyst, MIS Analyst, Solution Delivery Consultant, Manager – Financial Services Analytics, Business Analyst, or related position
- Experience with Business process modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation tools
- Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Broad-based stakeholder management
- Solutions design and validation, change management, testing and quality assurance
- Knowledge of Retail banking processes and products (loans, savings, credit cards)
- Knowledge of Retail banking regulations
- Creation and presentation of Microsoft PowerPoint for complex IT solutions and business strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, SharePoint, Excel; data visualization and reporting
- Ability to analyze data, develop KPIs, monitor risks and impacts
- Root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Dashboard design for data visualization and business insights
