Job Summary
IT Business Senior Analyst serves as liaison between business users and technologists to exchange information concisely and clearly, coordinating with technology teams. Responsible for defining systems scope and objectives for complex projects, evaluating business processes and industry standards, and recommending solutions. Provides user and operational support, determines functional specifications, assesses risks and impacts of technology applications, and communicates with senior stakeholders. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and team members, mentors junior analysts, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets. Requires 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. Full-time role with on-site requirements in Pune.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
- Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
