Job Summary
The BRM acts as the strategic liaison between assigned business units and Information Services to ensure technology solutions, processes, and services align with business goals. Responsibilities include relationship management with business leaders, gathering and translating business needs into actionable requirements for IS teams, documenting requirements and processes, identifying and proposing process improvements, coordinating project planning and execution with IS, and maintaining clear communication on project status and decisions. Core skills include strong communication and facilitation, ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, collaboration across diverse teams, problem-solving and critical thinking, solid business acumen, and a collaborative working style. Travel up to 15% is noted in the working environment; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
