Job Summary
IT Business Relationship Manager, APAC Commercial: responsible for the Demand, Plan, Build and Run of Commercial IT solutions; partners with Commercial leaders to create initiatives, prioritize and deliver a pipeline of IT capabilities; assembles internal and external teams to design, develop, test and launch new/enhanced system capabilities, applying contemporary architecture and continuous delivery; shapes the Commercial IT roadmap to enable growth and improved customer experience across APAC; requires strong collaboration, communication, and leadership, with the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and manage a diverse stakeholder set, including travel up to ~30%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field
- 10+ years’ experience defining, implementing and supporting Information Technology systems with emphasis on Commercial and Digital product management
- 5+ years’ leadership experience
- Experience with ERP/CRM and external customer/partner facing Digital programs
- Excellent oral and written communication in Korean and English
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%)
- PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP certificated preferred
