Job Summary
IT Business Process Partner - Supply Chain to drive end-to-end ERP implementation, optimize processes across Product Divisions & Supply Chain, act as a bridge between IT and functional areas, support ERP implementation, manage business change requirements and software developments, ensure processes are tested, adopted, and supported by end-users, and train key users. Requires experience with ERP systems (preferably Business Central or Navision), process modeling (Visio), and strong stakeholder management. Fluent English and either Italian or German; based in or willing to relocate to Bolzano, Italy. Salary range €40,000–€50,000 base with 5–10% target bonus; relocation considered within compensation context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects and business process reengineering
- Strong understanding of Product Division and Supply Chain business processes
