Job Summary
Digital Assets Business Process Manager responsible for shaping and evolving the Digital Assets ecosystem at global and regional levels, serving as System Owner and bridging business, technology and external partners. Drives end-to-end business processes, defines digital operating models, and ensures platforms align with commercial priorities, regulatory requirements and long-term goals. Leads cross-functional coordination, manages external partners, and defines how digital platforms support end-to-end processes across commercial, medical, regulatory and compliance domains. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in IT application development and process design, with experience leading global digital initiatives and translating business needs into scalable digital solutions. Must have Spanish and English proficiency, familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and a strong foundation in full-stack web/app development and monitoring (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; WordPress/Drupal CMS; no-code tools; PWA; testing frameworks). Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and coordinating across multiple markets. Located in Spain (Barcelona, Gerona, Lérida, Tarragona) with in-person work arrangements. Discusses global digital assets strategy, governance, and value delivery in a multinational, dermatology-focused pharmaceutical context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or closely related discipline
- >=5 years of experience in IT application development and process design
- Exposure to Commercial business area
- Demonstrated experience leading global or international digital initiatives involving multiple business areas, markets and external partners
- Experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with commercial objectives and broader business strategy
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and their contribution to business value, including websites, apps, content platforms and omnichannel engagement models
- Proficiency using Jira Software for demand and project management
- Agile & Scrum certifications will be a plus
- Languages: Spanish and English proficiency
- Technical & Functional full stack skills in web and app development and monitoring: HTML, CSS and JS frameworks; hybrid and native apps and PWAs; CMS knowledge (WordPress and Drupal); no-code frameworks; monitoring and automatic testing frameworks knowledge
