IT Business Partner Senior Manager

Role responsible for project coordination and business development analysis; coordinates between users and development team; develops user requirements and working procedures for new product, service or project initiated; gathers client data, analyzes and makes recommendations for individual business groups to arm them with a better understanding of the marketplace and enable them to assess potential business opportunities, increase sales and/or customer satisfaction; conducts and develops UAT scripts; supports system enhancement when required; experience 2–5 years; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage; professional proficiency in English; Thai is an advantage; technical skills include business analysis, requirements elicitation, process mapping, UAT planning, project management (scope, schedule, budget, risk management) with Agile/Waterfall; documentation skills include BRD, FRD, test cases, user guides; behavioral competencies include coordinating between users and development team or third party in new project or service; Eastspring is an equal opportunity employer and supports diversity and inclusion.
