Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to develop business capability roadmaps aligned to strategic initiatives and goals; coordinate IT resources across enterprise IT to meet expectations; create reports and metrics for efficient site operations; serve as the IT system expert for the primary business systems used at the Fort Walton Beach MRO site; analyze business issues, engage the right resources, evaluate options, and deploy solutions with first-time quality; present IT service offerings and processes to business unit leaders and end users.
