Job Summary
Manage end-to-end processes for IT managed licensing and maintenance contracts, validating invoices, processing payments, and coordinating with Finance for external customer billing. Create purchase order requisitions, run chargeback processes to allocate IT charges, and compile procard statements for departmental cardholders. Prepare journal entries for internal chargebacks and asset adjustments, support month-end accounting close including accruals and variance analysis, and assist with annual budget and forecasting. Act as an advisor to IT leadership on operational and financial issues while identifying process improvements across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Business Operations/Finance experience
- IT environment experience

- 3-5 years Business Operations/Finance experience
- IT environment experience preferred
- Experience with AI driving operational improvements
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving, information gathering, and analysis skills
- Natural ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Highly organized and have a demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize time, and execute on deliverables
- Very detail oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy

- Strong business acumen in the area of financial operations in an IT environment
