Job Summary
Maintain rolling financial forecasts by integrating workforce changes, project timelines, vendor activity, and contract milestones. Analyze financial performance, variances, risks, and savings opportunities to present actionable insights to Technology leadership. Ensure accuracy of budgets, cost centers, funding sources, workforce data, and vendor details while preparing consistent reporting materials for governance forums. Track joiner, mover, and leaver activity and monitor vendor, contractor, and contract timing to support roadmap and portfolio planning. Requires 10+ years in technology business management, finance, or operations within large, matrixed organizations. Hybrid schedule at least 3 days onsite in New York City. Salary up to $200k. No sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be local to New York City

- 10+ years of experience in technology business management, finance, or operations
- Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations
