Job Summary
Own the maintenance of rolling forecast models by integrating workforce changes, project timelines, and contract milestones into a single financial view. Analyze financial performance and variances to present decision-ready insights and remediation options to Technology leadership. Synthesize accuracy and consistency of leadership reporting materials while coordinating meeting agendas and tracking actions from governance forums. Maintain leadership-ready workforce views including headcount, roles, and funding alignment, coordinating inputs with HR for onboarding and transitions. Surface operational risks related to vendor contracts, seating needs, or seasonal adjustments that may affect cost or planning assumptions. Validate that new initiatives align to approved budgets and that required data is complete prior to leadership review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in technology business management, finance, or operational roles
- Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently across a broad, complex scope
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail, data integrity, and follow-through
- Sound judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
