Job Summary
Manage internal cost allocation for Group IT, calculating transfer prices and coordinating with corporate subsidiaries while collaborating closely with Group Finance and Controlling. Steer commercial aspects of the hosting business by developing cost models, billing logic, and proposals for internal clients. Oversee invoice verification and the ordering process as the primary interface with Group Procurement, acting as the process owner for hardware leasing. Lead vendor and contract management for Group IT, optimize mobile and line costs, and actively participate in C5 and ISO audits. Provide expert guidance to colleagues, ensure result quality, and train apprentices and work students in daily operations. Requires at least three years of commercial experience, strong German and English skills, and proficiency in financial tools. Schedule includes two days of mobile work and three days on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen oder administrativen Umfeld
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein sicheres, praxiserprobtes Verständnis für Verrechnungs-, Budget- und Bestellprozesse
- Ausgeprägte Stärke darin, Abläufe klar zu strukturieren, transparent zu machen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Souveräner Umgang mit gängigen kaufmännischen Tools und Systemen
- Freude an fachlicher Führung und an der Entwicklung von Nachwuchskräften
- Verantwortungsbewusster, strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Professionelles, wertschätzendes Auftreten
- Mobile Work: Arbeite flexibel an zwei Tagen pro Woche mobil und an 3 Tagen vor Ort
Desired Qualifications

- Nachweisbar sehr gute Ergebnisse in Schnittstellen zu IT, Controlling oder Einkauf
- Ein Ausbilderschein (AdA)
