Gather and structure information to support the vendor-led implementation of the major identity access programme. Shape scope into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive roadmap and backlog refinement. Spot gaps in requirements and turn findings into concrete delivery or roadmap actions. Work alongside the Project Manager to size, define, and manage work packages. Build and refine to-be processes, handover packs, and supporting documentation for business-as-usual teams. Track the initial identity governance release as it rolls out to privileged access users, feeding lessons learned back into the wider programme. Produce equivalent to-be process and handover documentation for the privileged access side of the programme.
