Job Summary
Build and maintain internal business applications using Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate, while leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to automate processes. Manage office IT infrastructure including internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and hardware assets, providing timely support for connectivity and software issues. Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions, and troubleshoot Linux servers, users, and EDA tools for engineering teams. Take ownership of IT issues from identification to closure, maintaining proper documentation and proactively coordinating with vendors. Work full-time on-site in Noida from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate and/or Power Apps
- Strong exposure to AI-assisted coding/vibe-coding tools
- Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination
- Understanding of Linux users, permissions, storage and partitions
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, organized and comfortable working independently with limited supervision
- Willingness to support genuine IT emergencies

Desired Qualifications
- Basic scripting knowledge in Shell, Python or PowerShell
