IT Business Analyst - Wealth Management

Job Summary
Conduct gap analyses between current and future state business processes and technology solutions for securities, brokerage, and wealth management operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, then prepare functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Work with development teams to design technical solutions, participate in project planning, and support UAT. Develop user guides and documentation while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Requires a degree in IT or Computer Science, Java development skills, and knowledge of financial regulations. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline(s)
- Development skills in Java
- Working with one of more Java frameworks
- Strong understanding of securities trading
- Understanding of brokerage operations
- Understanding of fund
- Understanding of bond
- Understanding of structured products
- Understanding of financial regulations
