Job Summary
Bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and implementing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency. Define and document business requirements, create user stories, facilitate workshops, and ensure successful project delivery within an agile environment. Translate business needs into technical requirements, create process flows and acceptance criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing. Utilize data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL, while leveraging experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced technologies while making meaningful contributions to critical business initiatives. Travel may be required (5-25%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management principles
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Travel may be required (5-25% depending on role)
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Procure to Pay functional knowledge preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) preferred
