Job Summary
The IT Business Analyst will engage stakeholders and provide functional expertise across IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements. Responsibilities include conducting business process analyses, defining project requirements, collaborating with architects and developers, supporting integration testing, and delivering end-user documentation and training. Candidates should have strong consultative problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of SDLC/Iiterative/Agile methodologies. An undergraduate degree with relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in various technical tools.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or Graduate degree and 3-4 years relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 0-3 years of leadership experience a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of BY/JDA Warehouse Management System
- SQL knowledge
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of application and system integration methods
- Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities
