Job Summary
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for demographic, coding, and revenue cycle applications while translating them into actionable work items for development teams. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure solution alignment and drive continuous improvement. Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned workflows and data structures, supporting testing, change management, and application optimization efforts. Monitor data integrity, manage issue escalations, and facilitate clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of healthcare business analysis experience, and proficiency in SQL and Visio. US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska. Base pay ranges from $66,900 to $113,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems (MIS), information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a business analyst in a healthcare environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare applications, revenue cycle processes, coding systems, demographic systems, or related operational platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
- Experience with software implementations, system integrations, testing, and change management processes
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia demographic, coding, and healthcare operational workflows
- Revenue cycle management (RCM) experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and data
- Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting SQL queries
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management, documentation, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive solutions through collaboration and influence
