Job Summary
Conduct independent business analysis for IT projects by identifying stakeholders, documenting requirements, and preparing SWOT analyses to support decision-making. Gather, validate, and clarify functional needs while acting as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of proposed solutions. Plan, coordinate, and estimate effort throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with service owners, architects, and developers to deliver scalable technology solutions. Translate business needs into actionable recommendations to optimize processes and drive digital transformation across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis within IT projects
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2/C1 level)
- Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and defining business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and continuous professional development
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ArchiMate notation and enterprise architecture concepts
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience working as a liaison between business and technical teams
