Job Summary
IT Business Analyst focusing on GenAI-enabled transformation across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying GenAI opportunities (document processing, workflow automation, decision support, and process optimization), translating needs into clear documentation (process flows, use cases, business cases, requirement specifications), supporting SAP and non-SAP implementations with functional and technical designs, facilitating workshops/interviews to validate GenAI use cases, guiding projects from early analysis to MVPs/prototypes and rollout, and coordinating between business units, SAP teams, GenAI specialists, and IT delivery teams in agile, hybrid, or classic settings; also contributing to continuous improvement of GenAI- and automation-focused business analysis methods.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, MINT-related field, or comparable program — or close to graduation
- experience with internships, working student roles, academic projects, or first professional positions; and comfort with IT/GenAI topics is a plus
- very good English and very good German (C1)
- ability to work in agile, hybrid, or classic project setups
- strong analytical and communication skills
