Job Summary
Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements; assessing business needs to provide clear and structured documentation (e.g., requirements, user stories, workflows); ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and deliverables. Identify inefficiencies and gaps through process analysis and contribute to standardized documentation and analysis practices. Support definition of business requirements and use cases, assist in scope definition and planning inputs for initiatives, participate in workshops and planning sessions. Analyze data to support operational and strategic decision-making, prepare reports and dashboards, track key metrics and performance indicators. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and project/tracking tools (e.g., Azure, Jira) and the ability to translate business needs into structured formats is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar
- Experience with project/tracking tools (e.g., Azure, Jira)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into structured formats
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
