Job Summary
Administer, configure, and maintain assigned systems to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and data integrity. Provide functional end-user support, resolving tickets and implementing workarounds within established timelines. Manage system enhancement and implementation projects, covering requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and timeline coordination. Maintain relationships with software and support vendors to drive feature implementation and proper product usage. Keep system documentation organized, including change logs and common incident fixes. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to define needs, resolve issues, and document solutions.
