IT Business Analyst III

Job Summary
Develop applications systems requirements, testing, and controls while leading pre-project business problem elicitation and feasibility. Perform process modeling, redesign, and requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and site visits to translate high-level needs into functional specifications. Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to establish technical vision, analyze tradeoffs, and ensure requirements traceability. Support quality assurance, define testing strategies, and assist in debugging new software or enhancements. Provide project management support by removing impediments and maintain visibility of metrics for stakeholders. Mentor junior team members within a collaborative environment focused on safety and school spirit.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree within Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related experience
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst across large, complex projects
- 2+ years experience leading Agile project activities
- Experience with ERP conversions
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Visio, MSWord, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches, e.g. waterfall, agile, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing and sales organization for Apparel products, or in an Athletic Training or Sports Event management company
- Experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik
