Resolve Incidents for application users and assist stakeholders with UAT testing. Outline logical architecture solutions in Functional Analysis, coordinate changes with Product Owners and developers, and organize peer-to-peer reviews. Write pseudocode, execute medium-difficulty SQL queries daily, and prepare test cases and data for implementation and migration. Use AI in day-to-day activities and participate in Feature descriptions. This role supports the International Finance System (IFS), ING's in-house core banking platform for wholesale banking clients operating across eight countries.
