IT Business Analyst (Hotel Systems & Operations)

Job Summary
Coordinate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure smooth end-to-end project delivery for hotel systems. Conduct business and functional analysis to verify solutions meet operational and audit requirements while partnering with the Project Manager to triage issues. Collaborate with vendors to create documentation, including user manuals and system integration diagrams, and arrange knowledge transfer for service design and handover. Support UAT, parallel runs, and go-live activities. Requires minimum 6 years in Business Analysis and 4 years in the Hospitality industry, with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Business Analysis or an equivalent role
- 4 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of day-to-day business operations
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent problem-solving, process management, and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience in software development
- Familiarity with Hotel, Casino, and/or Retail operations
