Job Summary
IT Business Analyst to facilitate between business stakeholders and delivery teams across the firm, gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements; mapping current and future state processes; supporting initiative proposals, business cases and automation opportunities; conducting feasibility, cost-benefit analyses, and stakeholder workshops; ensuring traceability of requirements and alignment with portfolio priorities; contributing to usability testing, pilot cycles, user acceptance testing, and documentation across IT initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Project Management or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, business operation, project management or related field.
