Job Summary
The position of Business Analyst involves studying and analyzing needs, drafting specifications, participating in analysis meetings, organizing follow-up meetings, monitoring IT developments, preparing test cases, conducting functional tests, writing user manuals, and overseeing post-production phases. Candidates should have successful experience in Banking/Insurance, a strong understanding of IT development, and SQL querying skills. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in an Agile environment are essential.
