Job Summary
The IT Business Analyst, Finance collaborates with business stakeholders and IT teams to support enterprise finance applications. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, documenting functional specifications, creating training plans, overseeing system upgrades, and providing end-user support. Requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with preferred experience in SAP systems and finance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical & critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with testing, deployment, and release management.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SAP systems preferred, including S4/HANA and Analytics Cloud.
- Firm understanding of finance and accounting practices and terminology.
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to obtain racing and/or gaming licenses as required in any jurisdiction where CDI operates.
