Job Summary
IT Business Analyst - (Infrastructure) to analyze business needs and develop infrastructure-focused solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/Business or related field and 3+ years of IT business analysis with emphasis on infrastructure; must understand servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies; strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Master's degree, 5+ years, ITIL familiarity, BA certifications (CBAP/CCBA), and experience with AWS or Azure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis or related field with focus on infrastructure
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (requirements gathering, use cases, process modeling)
