Job Summary
IT Business Analyst sought to gather and translate business requirements, lead stakeholder discovery sessions, analyze data and build reports/dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions. The role supports testing, validation, and implementation of new systems, while identifying risks and guiding projects to completion. Strong communication, analytical, and requirements-management skills are essential to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements. Must have 3–5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or related field
- Experience with requirements gathering, SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), and project support
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, project tracking, and requirements management tools
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, IT, or related field
